Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the environmental consulting and related services offered by Advanced Environmental Technology LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Advanced Environmental Technology LLC will provide environmental consulting, testing, and related technical services as outlined in a formal proposal or statement of work ("SOW"). The SOW will detail the scope of services, project timelines, deliverables, and fees. Services will commence upon mutual agreement of the SOW.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be invoiced as per the schedule in the SOW, typically on a monthly retainer basis, payable in advance. All third-party advertising costs (e.g., Google Ads spend) are the direct responsibility of the client and are not included in our management fees unless explicitly stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide Advanced Environmental Technology LLC with timely access to all necessary resources, including site access, relevant records, permits, and other information required to perform the agreed-upon services. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials and information provided to us.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the course of the business relationship as confidential. This includes business strategies, performance data, and other proprietary information. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Advanced Environmental Technology LLC will make every effort to perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or regulatory approvals, as these are subject to factors beyond our control. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination. Advanced Environmental Technology LLC will assist in a reasonable transition of relevant project information and data back to the client.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Advanced Environmental Technology LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
